Instead of instantly helping my dry lips, I felt like it just sat on top of them. I figured I’d give it a chance and use it for a few days to see if it would grow on me. After a few days I was extremely disappointed. My lips were more chapped then ever before and even when I tried to use the original tubes I had from Walgreens, it took a few days for my lips to recover. I don’t know what changed with their formula but I’m extremely disappointed.
I threw out the remaining 3 tubes and went back to Walgreens to stock up before they start selling whatever Amazon is selling. I’m so disappointed that I can no longer buy these in bulk from Amazon and save money. Hopefully Burts Bees will fix whatever they did.”
